last night i dont recall what happened.. all i remember was that i was so giddy that i tried to sleep early – maybe about 9pm, felt like puking, couldn’t eat, then now, i have a crazy headache. my head has been pounding pounding pounding.. feel giddy… only 230pm now.

i mean this is just what normal migraine feels like but i haven’t had migraine for a while. which actually means i’ve not been hitting the end of the “can tahan” rope. i really think this is because i have wonderful people around me in the non-home environment. migraine tends to happen when i’m extremely unhappy or feel that i’m like exploding – as in, literally, i feel like my brain wants to explode.

so back to being anti-social, my brother wants me to go down to ntuc with him and i normally would go but now i just want to like lock myeslf up in a room and scream. my brothers cant understand my mood swings. but nobody in my immediate family has migraine, headaches, arthritis, painful joints…. nobody.

today i couldn’t eat lunch well. yday i skipped dinner cos of my migraine. i want to make sure i eat properly tomorrow. because my body is weak, i dont drink water, i dont eat anything – hence i get dizzy spells so badly, if i need to, i eat the bare minimum, my mood is so bad… i think that contributes to the whole headache. i’m not sure what happened this wkend, but well, it sure has been a lousy one. (and its monday..)
